4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

The easiest peanut butter cookies you’ll ever make.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 large egg

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together ingredients until well combined into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll dough mixture into small balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet two inches apart from each other.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

*Though I prefer chunky peanut in almost every other instances, I begrudgingly admit that it makes a better peanut butter cookie. “Natural” is just referring to the fact that it has no added sugars to the peanut butter, since that’s my own preference. Feel fee to grab the Peter Pan though.

*This recipe was inspired by the thousands of three ingredient peanut butter cookie recipes out there. I just personally prefer a mixture of raw (or white) and brown sugar because I think it makes for a much deeper flavor.
